BRAND CAMPAIGN : BLOG COVER #1
2020-2023 @Sendbird

This project was a collaborative campaign with the marketing team, aimed at showcasing the diverse ways Sendbird products can be used across different industries through a dedicated blog channel. While the marketing team prepared the blog articles, I was responsible for creating the visual assets — including blog cover images and in-article illustrations — to enhance readability and brand engagement.

COMPANY WELCOME KIT
2023 @Sendbird

This project was part of a swag campaign for employees visiting Sendbird’s Seoul office. The goal was to create a sense of belonging and fun through a thoughtfully designed welcome kit. I designed the illustration printed on the blanket, one of the key items in the kit. To reflect the spirit of Seoul while maintaining Sendbird’s brand identity, I combined iconic imagery of the city with signature brand elements.

COMPANY E-BOOK
2020-2023 @Sendbird

This project involved designing an e-book that introduces specific features and new products from Sendbird. The objective was to help potential and existing customers easily understand the value and use cases of the products. I collaborated closely with the marketing team’s content writer to structure the overall layout of the e-book, focusing on readability and clarity. I also created supporting visuals and illustrations to enhance key points and improve content engagement.

EVENT SWAG
2020-2023 @Sendbird

This project involved designing a set of stickers for events where Sendbird was participating. As limited-time swag items, the stickers aimed to attract attention and create a fun, memorable brand experience. Since the stickers were meant for short-term use at events, I incorporated lighthearted illustrations and witty phrases that stayed true to the brand’s tone, yet stood out in a crowd. The goal was to spark conversation and encourage attendees to keep or share the stickers.

SOCIAL CAMPAIGN
2022 @Sendbird

As part of a social campaign, I created a series of header visuals for Sendbird’s email communications. Since these assets represent the brand directly in a customer-facing channel, I ensured the visuals aligned closely with Sendbird’s tone and style guide. To prevent the visuals from feeling too formal or static, I used illustration as a medium to simplify complex ideas and add a more engaging, approachable tone.

ICONOGRAPHY
2019 @Segment

I participated in the iconography redesign project for Segment, with the goal of refreshing the visual system to better reflect the brand’s identity while maintaining clarity and simplicity. Working with the design team, I helped develop a set of sleek, minimal icons that aligned with Segment’s visual tone. My focus was on integrating brand color elements into geometric forms to add subtle personality without compromising usability.
